Team Lead (PHP)

Job Description :
1. Understanding of PHP Core Coding ` 2. Knowledge of framework either code igniter or cake php. 3. PHP programming based on OOPS approach and MVC patterns. 4. Good understanding of PHP libraries. 5. Should have implemented custom JavaScript functionality using standard JS libraries 6. Expertise in AJAX concepts, Anugular or react 7. Understanding of Cross Browser compatibility and standard compliances (web 2.0 standards). 8. Good understanding of Data Bases, Mysql preferred. Actively involved in planning and implementation. 2. Managing a team of software developers and trainees. 3. Effectively involved with clients and working towards client satisfaction. 4. Design solutions as per client requirement and responsible for allocating number of working hours for solving a problem by team. 5. Presenting and executing unique ideas for product improvement. 6. Coordinate with cross functional teams, sharing effort and coordinating with team to define the scope of work. 7. Meeting and allocating deadlines. 8. Handling a team of 8-10 members Strong oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to understand requirements, raise clarification and ensures test coverage. Strong interpersonal skills Strong Problem-Solving ability

Experience :Education qualification: B.Tech /M.Tech/MCA 5-9 years of experience in the same field.
