Business Analyst

Job Description :
We are Looking for Business Analyst, Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. - Work on requirement gathering and create user stories from analysis. - Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. - Understand the relationships and facilitate communication between business and technology areas. Identify business processes as it relates to technology needs. - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and MOMs. - Performing user acceptance testing. - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. - Create Wireframe | Prototype | Feature List | SRS | BRD flow diagrams as per requirement - Drive continuous process improvement. - Perform discovery and analysis activities to develop new or modified process requirements. - Act throughout the development process to ensure the requirements match the current business needs and are reflected in the system implementation.

Experience :Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools. - A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA. - A minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis.
